Wet lamination adhesives are used in the lamination process where the adhesive is applied in a wet, liquid state, usually to one of the substrates to be laminated. The adhesive is then bonded to the second substrate under pressure and subsequently dried to form a laminated material. This process differs from dry lamination, where the adhesive is dried on one substrate then bonded to another.
Wet Lamination is designed to give excellent finishing and bonding of films to paper, best suited for laminating various films like PVC, BOPP, Matte and Foil to paper.
